Question Bootstrap Core files still loading after override

Hello everybody!

I've overwritten all the core bootstrap files (with joomla override) and it's working fine on every site but the kunena forum.
Here it's loading my files and the media/jui/... files from joomla core

So my site looks pretty broken and i have conflictes.

Could anybody please tell me how i can fix it, or give me a little hint?

Edit:

I bought and use the Blue Eagle 5 Template.
Disable the settings in backend doesn't change anything.

its only loaded by this file:
components\com_kunena\template\blue_eagle5\template.php

Is it possible to override?
I tried the same like the other one which worked.
So i copied the template.php to templates/mytemplate/html/com_kunena/template.php - didn't work
I also tried /html/com_kunena/template and /html/com_kunena/template/blue.... - same

Seems like i didn't get the logic behind ^^

i think you can't do a override for that file.

But what you can do is: removing the permissions on that file, change it to read only. But make a backup of that file first
