How can i show the profile center below the avatar (as on this forum) directly?
I don't want the More/Less button.

I've installed UDDEIM and want to shows this PM icon directly under the avatar.

Also number of posts and thank you received is not importand for me and takes up only space, but i can't find a place to turn it off?

thank you received can be disabled on the kunena config, its on the users tabs

For editing the more/less you need to edit a file: components\com_kunena\template\crypsis\layouts\user\profile\default.php

May be i didn't express myself clear enough, i want to change the profilebox next to the messages.
Looking at the file you point out, i would say it's another profile view.

Another thing missing are the Gender, Website, etc... icons. Normally show below the avatar, i guess this should be all in the same file?

Okay, i'm a bit further now.

It is the right file, but things in there are not working as expected.
getProfileIcon() is called a few times and gives for example this result for the Gender:

<span class="kicon-profile kicon-profile-gender-male" title="Geslacht: Man"></span>

So far so good, but no icons are displayed (Gender, Website, Phone, etc...)
I assume this is an CSS thingy

This forum has the same issues btw
