Solved 403 forbidden

I have tried to set up forum, but i can't make any posts to forum. I'm trying to se this forum to registered users only. I have installed and re-installed Kunena, i have removed EasySEO and JCH. What should i do?

I'm logged in as super user and i' not allowed to post new topic. Where should i check permissions? Kunena or Joomla? Or where?

Thank you for your advice, but i don't see what i'm missing here. No can do, i can't understand. I made this public now and still you can't write. Althoug now error is 401...This is hopeless...

I see only a section but no categories in your forum. You can't create topics in sections.
