Solved Error messages when clicking on preferences when logged in as user

I log in to forum, click on preferences and get following error messages

What is the issue please

No idea, but the browser console shows an error in your plugin jhc_optimize. Disable it, then empty the cache and try again clicking on preferences.

I tried this but it didn't work ie same result tried it with JCH diabled
is this not something to do with altauserpoints The preferences link clicked went to urlhttps://www.birminghamgoldcompany.co.uk/component/altauserpoints/account/profile?Itemid=

OK so I disabled the altauserpoints integration and now thepreferences page works BUT I do want to use altauser. Why does the plugin not work correctly?
How do I integrate altauser into kunena?
