Image 1 - You must remove the vote in the database
Image 2 - Click on user name -> tab Edit Ban -> mark the checkbox Delete all posts -> click on button Edit Ban

Sounds complicated can you make a easier way do do that. Through the back-end. Automatic would be nice.

Did not see this setting. It would be nice if the back end could automatically do that as they are disabled.

When we click on a username we see...

This option you find in the frontend if you click on a user name (you must be Moderator or Admin).

But you can move or delete posts from a user in the backend too. Mark the checkbox from one (or more) user(s), then move all messages to the trash or in another category (see image below).

It would be nice if the back end could automatically do that as they are disabled.

That would not be good. A locked user does not necessarily mean, that therefore all his messages must be deleted. If you want ban a user and delete all his messages at the same time you can do it in the frontend.

There is no easy way. Manipulations in the database is always a high risk. It's better if you delete the user completely in the Joomla user manager.
