Solved Yes! Another NO Attachments, NO images Uploaded

5.0.3 Update Ruined the forum. I sooo regret it!

Details:
Apache Server
Joomla 3.6.2
PHP 7.0.12
K 5.0.3

I have tried ALL the suggestions I've found on this site: .htaccess, different templates, checked the temp folders, attachment folders... nothing works. It is impossible to upload anything. Please help.

I noticed there are Open Topics about this issues without any solution.

Yes, login under Courses or on the Off-canvas menu. A new menu item will become available Śikṣa... that's the forum.

Yes... very strange. Even the topic icons look different now.
Any clue about what was the issue?

I have only set the topic icons to bootstrap 3.

But the uploads was working.

I have no explanation for what happened as you can see in the images above.
