Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

eBay App ID and 'No eBay APP ID défined in Kunena configuration' was created by djb
I upgraded my live site to K5.0.2 yesterday. It runs J3.6.2.

When I embed a valid ebay id into a post, I receive the message 'No eBay APP ID défined in Kunena configuration'

I am not a merchant. All I want to do it to add the eBay widget to posts in the forum.

I don't therefore possess an APP id. I have left the field black in the configuration.

Do I need an APP id to display ebay items?

Hello,

ebay has changed the way to use their API, so now you need to register on ebay developper network go.developer.ebay.com/ in order to get an APP id. Else you aren't allowed by ebay to use their API.
I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

OK, I go to ;
backend - kunena - configuration - bbcodes
Then
eBay AppID key:

I enter my App ID (Client ID) Similar to this (NeilTeyl-kuensfor-PRD-efffe2851-r02e6f41)

Once this is entered the forum throws up a error;

500 Internal Server Error

Fatal Error was detected!

Any help with this?
