Solved Where on the server does the recently Kunena 5.0 download exist?

Yesterday we tried updating Kunena 4.0.11 to the latest 5.0 although it came over it looked all strange and as we did not want to leave members offline for too long decided to restore back to 4.0.11,which we have.

We now are trying to do the same to a private 4.0.11 after successfully making a duplicate.

However when we try to update that to 5.0 using Softaculous we get his message



Originally we were not using the necessary Php version but we now have version 7.0 along with the other requirements.

It seems that the download must be stored outside of the range of the backup/restore but we have no idea where.

Can you advise, please?

there is a small issue, when you do k4 -> k5 -> k4 ->k5 this issue will be fixed on next version.

for now: please remove the /media/kunena/topic_icons/systemold/ dir
then try the package again

Thanks for that, it worked just fine,

However PHP 7.0 affected the Joomla 3.6.2 template, the menus down th eleft side were not visible. We dropped it back to 5.6.24 and there are Ok.
As mentioned we are running this on a private site while we get layouts etc sorted out. At the moment it looks, well.. strange.
But I'll create a new topic so it doesn't throw this one out of context.
