#### Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Create a new module (Any Type)
2. Set Position to: kunena_topic_2 and save the module
3. Now edit the module an try to change the position to: kunena_top

#### Expected result
You should be able to add any custom module position.

#### Actual result
There is a conflict with the position name, Joomla won't let you add a new custom position if there is another with the same word at the beginning.

Trust me my friend, it doesn't work.
When you press enter, It always takes the first suggestion.
I tried that option hundreds of times before bringing the bug here.

That's not a bug. If you have parked the mouse in the list, it selects this entry if you click on enter.

There is no way to remove that selection.
