No description when hover the mouse over a topic (Deleted items)
The only option to see the content from a deleted topic is "Restore the topic"

hm.. what exactly you mean? Administrators or Moderatros can see the content without restore. Also mouse over works for me. Or do you mean something different?

Delete a topic.
Then go to the trashbin in the backend

so you want to see the message on the backend.

Maybe we could add a modal on the title, then show the title, category, message

I will tell you the problem and you will do what do you think is better for all and easier for you.

The problem:
There are hundreds of deleted topics/posts and you don't know if they were deleted by accident or intentionally.
There is no enough information available to take the right decision (Purge or restore)
The message content often can give you a clue on the reason why it has been deleted.

This you should do this on the frontend, the backend is only for setting up.

You can create a menu item, with only deleted topics. and work from there.
