Solved [K.5.0.RC3] Error pages are not translated

Error Pages like 404 not found or 401 Unauthorized are not translated.

Also, if possible, include more details and make these error pages more descriptive.
Visitors deserve to know what happened and what to do in order to solve the problem.

For example, you have this message in your 404 page:

You may not be able to visit this page because of:
an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
a mistyped address
you have no access to this page
The requested resource was not found.
An error has occurred while processing your request.

When I say error page, this is what I mean:

Hello,

Maybe we can make a layout for this page to make easier to customize

any link to this error page, because I always get the joomla 404 page.

and remove a letter from the category name:
