Question Time/date wrong and stats missing....what is wrong?

My forum's time and date is screwy...it seems to be 12 hours off. A post at 11.20 am will show with the correct time but after 12 noon it will show as 11.20 yesterday. The time zone is correct in Joomla. screenshot herehere

Also, the stats on the bottom of the page are all zero, but I know there are over 500,000 posts and 40,000 topics. see herehere

I don't know if the two issues are related. Thanks for any help on this.

Thanks but as the templates for Kunena 5 are very different to the blue eagle I use on my site it's going to take some work to get it looking decent enough to upgrade to. I was hoping for a suggestion of what might be wrong.
