Joomla - 3.6.2 Kunena - 4.0.11

The problem is as follows:
Avatar is loaded into http://site/media/kunena/avatars/
Kunena It displays the user's avatar from http://site/media/kunena/avatars/resized/size90/theme/s_nophoto.jpg

I tried to put Kunena - 5, different themes, the problem persists.

Went through all the plug-ins, the whole engine Joomla, nothing allows us to solve the problem.
Can anyone suggest what could be the problem?

You are using an outdated Kunena template. Switch to Blue Eagle 4.0.11, then try upload again a avatar.

I wrote above - different themes, the problem persists

Please go in the backend to "Kunena -> Plugins" and disable the plugins:
plg_kunena_altauserpoints
Kunena - JomSocial Integration
Kunena - Gravatar Integration

Then try again. The avatar should be in folders
/media/kunena/avatars/resized/size36/users
/media/kunena/avatars/resized/size72/users
/media/kunena/avatars/resized/size200/users

Check also the message if you upload a avatar. Should be:
"Avatar uploaded successfully.
Your profile has been saved."

Plugin disables all and in different combinations.
Avatar is loaded only in the directory kunena/avatars/users.
