Question Attachment Downloads Generating 404 file Not Found Error

The URL that is generated is: www.911truthoutreach.org/forum/attachment/1.html

The file that was uploaded is present in /kunena/attachments/203/filename.pdf. So upload proceeds without issue, but attempts to subsequently download generates a 404 File Not Found error. Folder permissions are 755 and and file permissions are 644.

This URL doesn't appear to have been generated as a result of a hash being created for the actual file.

Confirmed. It seems that you've found a bug. If you select in the Joomla global configuration "Adds Suffix to URL = Yes" no attachments and images are available in the forum.
Please select in backend "Adds Suffix to URL = No", then it should work.

There was a fix done for it in Kunena 5.0RC5, are-you using Kunena 4.0.11 ?
