Question Duplicate Topics and Posts by a Single User only

One of my recent members on my site is the only user that is getting duplicate topics and posts when they create them. I see them as well, but cannot figure out why this is the only user that ends up with duplicates. I checked their user account and they only have the one in the site and one userID.

If its only 1 user, issue. Then I think he is using an old outdated browser, or a browser with a broken addon.

Thanks for the follow up...I will ask them about their browser. However, I would be curious how that would affect a duplication of topics and posts in my forum?

maybe, double clicked on save message, or it can be a plugin.

But that's is only when more users have the same issue.
