Idea Joomla 3.4.4: The page isn't redirecting properly

This is a brand-new installation and configuration. I have enabled the Kunena CB plugin and have enabled the CB Forum Plugin and published the appropriate Tab in Community Builder.

When I click an article in the right-hand column to open and display it, Firefox 41.0 returns this error message:

The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.



What to do?
