For some reason none of the links are working on my mobile device. By links I mean when I try click on Categories, Sub categories and topic titles, nothing happens. It won't take me anyway. On desktop it is works fine with no issues. Anyone shine some light on this?

I tested your site with desktop and mobile, both are working normal, maybe a bug on your mobile browser, or cache.

I tried android.

Ok. Well, when I log in and I navigate using the top navigation bar, I can get around Kunena like that. But if I am logged in or not, the links on the Index page do not work. I've emptied the cache of the mobile browser and tried it on another mobile browser with the same problem.
This is with an iPhone.

I have iPad and iPhone. If I knew the URL of the website in question, I could check this.

I have not looked into the problem in a "standard" J! 3.4.3 website (with Protostar) and so I can neither confirm nor deny this may be a problem with Crypsis on an iPad or iPhone. Perhaps someone else can confirm or deny if this problem exists?
