Hello Kunena Community,

Our site recently started getting a new error that's strange. After upgrading to 4.0.3 (At least, I think that's the upgrade that instigated this) an error is shown when users are not logged in, but visiting the forums .

Warning: array_combine() [function.array-combine]: Both parameters should have at least 1 element in /nfs/c10/h04/mnt/176861/domains/rumandcokeserver.com/html/libraries/kunena/access.php on line 569

I didn't change anything in particular. There's a chance that there was a failed update, but I can't remember for sure. I've tried to upload the latest version again and it goes through the install successfully, but the error is still shown.

After enabling debug mode:

Warning: array_combine() [function.array-combine]: Both parameters should have at least 1 element in libraries/kunena/access.php on line 569

(may not be related) Also, a banner that says
Notice
Please check your Joomla menus: Default Menu Item in Entry Page is not pointing to Kunena

Note- this is when I am not logged in. If I log in, the first error goes away.

yes, see it now, its missing the kunena menu.

Try to rebuild menu, on backend - kunena - tools - menu manager - fix menu.
