Question Smartphone Emoticons Management

Hello,

I would like to know how do you suggest to manage the users that add to their posts emoticons from their smartphone’s keyboard.It is very frequent that the users contact us asking why they are not able to post and always the problem is related to the use of smartphone emoticons.This is an example of the error: Here on Kunena Forum I’m noticing that I’m not able to replicate the issue because if I insert an emoticon from the smartphone and I press “Submit”, nothing happens and I’m not able to post, also if I remove the emoticon! I need to close the post, refreshing the page, and retry the submission.Maybe a warning message could be  better.

Must be a setting or something else. I have no problem with emoticons from smartphone or keyboard

Only thing I can think of on your end is a wrong database/table collation. (utf8_general_ci in stead of utf8mb4_unicode_ci)

Thanks, I've checked and I can confirm that the table collation for the table it7g4_kunena_messages_text is utf8mb4_unicode_ci

do you have any ideas for me? What can I check to understand why my users are not able to use their smartphone's emoticons to post on my kunena forum?
