how do I solve it?

Hi, is the information enough to analyze the query problem?

Don't see any issues (apart maybe from a menu-item missing in your mainmenu, but not sure). Do you have a fresh install of Kunene 6.4 or did you do an upgrade?
Have you tried using these tools to see if they solve your problem?
 

Hi the first one returns error 0: Division by zero.
The second one is all ok
