Question Problems posting here at k.org with message and private messaga tab

Hello,
I noticed that the private message in k.org it doesn't work,
the person it is intended for doesn't see anything except "This message contains secure information"
and on the next attempt I did it with the button Confidential even then person does not see except "This message contains secure information"
although I can see the hidden information myself.
Has anyone else noticed this or am I doing something wrong on the forum?
ps
On my own websites it all works as it should, it seems with testing so far. 

To verify this, I have also written a Private Message to this message, intended for Leen.

So I don't see anything in private message

When I log in, I see the Private Message at the top and the Official Text below it.

If you have attached a private message to this message, you are right, it will not be displayed to me.
