Kunena 6.4.9 & Kunena 7.0.1 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.4.9 [K 6.4.9] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.4

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.1 [K 7.0.1] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Important note: Go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated. This is particularly necessary for major version jumps so that the table changes are adapted.

Question Cannot update post - invalid email address

After editing a post, two messages are displayed:
1) Cannot save message: Invalid email address!
2) The message has been successfully edited.

The changes to the message are lost.

This is the same behaviour explained by mark0w.
Apparently the problem for him was solved by executing the diagnostics.
Subsequently the topic was closed.

But in my case the diagnostic was ok. The problem persists, so I open this new topic.

Waiting for a fix, is there a workaround?

Using Kunena 6.0.10 and Joomla 4.3.0
