Kunena 6.4.9 & Kunena 7.0.1 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.4.9 [K 6.4.9] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.4
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.1 [K 7.0.1] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
Important note: Go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated. This is particularly necessary for major version jumps so that the table changes are adapted.

I have installed Kunena 6.0.2 and have noticed an "optical issue" with the Topics and Messages. This page navigation doesn't really work and I cannot see a use for it. Is there a way to remove it or adjust it? This is on all templates and is not a template item (at least from what I can see). Thanks.

is the website you installed kunena in a clean Joomla 4 or an upgraded from joomla3 one?
otherwise post a Configuration report www.kunena.org/docs/en/manual/backend/to...report-configuration
that pagination looks strange which joomla template do you use?
Have you also tried in Kunena Forum: Templates>Template : Aurelia advanced tab
at Load Bootstrap css on no or changed it. or set it to yes or it will change
you can try at Kunena Forum: Templates tab features or if you are there Setting display breadcrumbs to no helps
