hello is your > Tab Server > Error Reporting set to maximum ?
They also tested you with the standard Cassiopeia - Default template to see if it is.
Your current template is based on helix Ulimate I understand .
I have the experience that rt more often has a Rendering Error
occurs and very often this is because there is an override in for example
Edit file "/html/mod_menu/default_component.php" in template "shaper_helixultimate"..

I have same error on kunena index page, your fix don't work.
Also the plugin don't generate easysocial activity entries from kunena

I'am not able to see the issue now, you can try with the nightly build of K6.0.3-DEV available : www.kunena.org/download

Error on home is the same and activity stream items don't created

On the Kunena report configuration above there isn't informations about easysocial, so which easysocial version are-you using ? Did-you have right installed the K6.0.3-DEV ?
