Question Bug perhaps - subscribe to category erroneously links incorrectly - 404

In my install of Kunena, I have mapped (properly - lol) the forum through an alias menu item 'talk'. I have found in the various categories clicking the subscribe to category link gives 404 error. In looking deeper into the links, I find that all the button link pick up the new remapped path except the subscribe to category button. See image. It still pulls a literal path as opposed to it's other links above.

I have checked all my settings and aside from looking into a php file, the settings seem to be intact.

Could someone advise on this if it an error or have I missed a setting somewhere?

I am running the full release beta7 1-18.

Which Kunena version are you using? The bug with /component/kunena in the address has already been fixed for some time.

although I should note I've updated from Beta6. If there is any issue with file overwrites then I can manually remove the folder structure and run the b7 installer again if necessary but it didn't get any errors on update.

Please enable Joomla and Kunena debug mode, maybe there will be more accurate error message.
And also create a  Configuration Report so we can see the Kunena menu items.

The Kunena menu item Home with ID 994 is linked to itself. Open it and select either Index or Recent Topics, depending what you want as the forum landing page.

Not sure why it keeps doing that. Rebuild this menu a 100 times with the tools from other issues posted and been told to do that.
Anyhow I set to 995 (index), but it doesn't solve the 404 error on the subscribe button attempt. I rebuilt the menu, flushed cache and made sure everything checked in. Still get 404 error and no log entries with debug still on.

You have set Error report to Maximum at Joomla? Without error message it will be hard.
