Question Can't see the templates

Hi all!

In Kunena templates section, I can only see the template of my joomla theme. I can't see Blue Eagle template, crypsis or any other...

Could you help me?

What do you mean by that? In the Kunena Template section you can't see a Joomla template. First you must go to Kunena and there click on Templates.
As default, it installs only Crypsis, because Blue Eagle has been removed. If you want this template it must be extra installed.
I see on your configuration report outdated extensions such as Kunena Latest, you must update also your extensions, otherwise the forum do not work without errors.

Yes, I'm talking about Kunena Template section. I can only see Canvas template, that it's the kunena template included in my Joomla Template package (Uneedo, from Arrowthemes).

I have paid, downloaded and installed Blue Eagle, but I can't see it on kunena template section. Also, I can't see crypsis or any other.

At this time, I've renamed the templates/canvas folder to inactivate it, because forum stop working after update it to Kunena 5.2.3 (probably my old Canvas kunena template isn't compatible). Now the forum works, but I don't know with what template.

 

Have you deactivated Canvas before or after the installation of Blue Eagle? Maybe it helps, if you install Kunena again, when Canvas is deactivated.
BTW. Currently you use Crypsis on your page.
 

If I try to uninstall it, system says I can't do it...

It's good to have Crypsis working by default (because I rename the Canvas template folder), but I would love to access the configuration parameters as well....

You could have a php error which breaks the page and prevent to display the list of Kunena templates

Can-you please enable debug mode into Joomla! and Kunena configuration panel ? Then try to go into Kunena templates to see if you have an error
