Question Editor Issue after Update

Update has installed an editor that appears to not respond to changes in backend.  My original editor was minimal as my users are not tech aware and probably would never need all the tools. Plus when using quote the text is small and times new roman (I think) and I have to click the red line box the right to move the cursor into  the text area below.  Fortunately I updated my cloned site first!

I had made a fix into the 5.2.1 version to be able to disable the buttons of the editor but it's not totally working, i have made others changes for that into the developpement version of 5.2.2.
