I own a non-commercial website about digital television. I use :
- Joomla! 3.9.25
- a template by Joomlashine (JSN Gruve PRO)
- Kunena 5.2.4
- PHP 7.3.27
Since 2 years, users can't add a picture anymore. It just doesn't work. I don't know if it comes from Joomla, JSN or Kunena. Or a wrong configuration,
I would like to be contacted by a Kunena-Administrator in order to get professional personalized support ($).
Is is possible?
Thanks in advance.
John

Honestly, I'm not so strong with Joomla. I can do certain things but that's it.
I''m willing to donate. No doubt. Depending on your time to fix the issue, I can adapt the amount.
My point is, I got this issue for 2 years now and I would like to provide you with an administrator access, so that you can check directly.
Is it possible?
Thanks
