Solved Error Adding and Viewing Attachments

Hi,

I'm having a problem adding new attachments and viewing previous ones. We recently migrated to a new server.
When viewing topics that contain media attachments, they simply don't show up. When adding new attachments, I get the following error:
Cannot save attachment: File '/' doesn't exist!

Site: www.theparanormalsociety.org

Example topic with pre-existing media attachment:
www.theparanormalsociety.org/forum/evide...mill-in-pawtucket-ri

What I've done so far:
Verified all folder and file permissions: 755.
Verified log and tmp path.
Updated Joomla from 3.4.1 to 3.4.3
Updated Kunena to latest (as you see).
Tested uploads via other components (Jomsocial, Jdownloads, SobiPro).
Tested on our other site running Kunena: Uploads work.

The other site was a recent install of Kunena. The site with the issue has been running Kunena for years. Obviously this looks like a path or permissions issue, but I'm at a loss as to where to look now or what can be done. Also, in the admin file manager of Kunena, it displays broken images, however, the files are viewable when I navigate using the related media/kunena/attachments path. I attached a screen of this as well.

I'm hoping you guys can offer a hand.

Thanks!

No config options have been changed, only migrated to Litespeed and updated Kunena.
I completely uninstalled, then reinstalled 4.0.5... same result. I dug back to 4.0.0 and uninstalled and reinstalled. I didn't encounter the problem again until I hit 4.0.5.

So for me, there's an issue with the latest release on both sites (I updated the second site to the latest, and the problem occurred there as well). Perhaps it's an isolated issue for me, but there's definitely some reason my sites and 4.0.5 aren't getting along.

Thanks for your effort, 810.
