Hi,
this is a showstopper and the first time I ran into it was withthe RC2 development build. The issue is still present in the final version> registered users cannot make posts!

This has to do with the captcha. The captcha is not showing on the reply form, but when pressing submit it is checked and found not valid...

When I set the value: CAPTCHA Challenge for Users to eg 10000
Then the captcha shows for the registered user and the reply is posted.

hope this helps :)

This is a Joomla captcha bug (IE), Try to load it with ff or chrome, There is a issue with showing.

Joomla has the same issue:

- Captcha on forgot password/username is working, but not on registration

I disagree :)
not showing the captcha is correct because the user IS logged in and should not be prompted with a captcha.
When submitting the captcha (that is not shown) is validated and because it is not filled (as it should) is invalid...

Ok, so the option "0" isn't working? If you want to disable captcha for users. On the "CAPTCHA Challenge for Users" setting

Correct, when I change 0 to 10000 (or another number that triggers the captcha for the user) the captcha IS shown and reply IS posted. That is my current work around (without it I could not go to production :woohoo: )

So the situation is ?:

Joomla
- Recaptcha enabled on "joomla plugins" entered with keys

Kunena config
- CAPTCHA Challenge for Guests "yes"
- CAPTCHA Challenge for Users "0"
- Keys you can leave it empty if you have the keys on joomla captcha plugin.
