Morning,

After upgrade I have changed the post ordering to Newest first and this works fine when I am logged in to the Forum in the joomla front end. But when I log out and see the post ordering as Oldest first. I have turned all cache to off including the kunena one. I just can not fine why when logged in to the forum I am seeing the post in a different order.

I wanted to post this as I am not sure if this is a defect. It always worked ok in the 3.* versions.

we have also a new setting, on category setting, we have added a new option "Order Topics By:"

Check if they are correct. Now you can set the ordering by category, not global.

For recent topics it should be the setting on configuration.

I've tested it and think it's a bug. When global setting is Newest Post First, guests continue to see Oldest Post First.
I've reported it.
