Solved no way to display Kunena Tab menu

hi all,
I followed step by step all the troubleshooting guides regardind my problem (seams really common) about displaying the Kunena Tab Menu, but I can not figure out how to fix it.

May be it is related to my template?

Someone could please give me an hand?
