Solved Color picker issue

Hi,

We are joomla 3 and Kunena 3.0.4 and when we try to use the color picker to highlight some text the screen drops down but we do not see any colors, just blank td cells. If we click on the cell it does add the code for the color around the text. So functionally it is working fine but the color chart is not displaying. Where does it get the color chart from?

Any help would be great

Thanks
Rich

For your information, we do not generally respond to questions/problems/issues relating to unsupported versions of Kunena. K 3.0.4 is unsupported. Our standard response in situations like yours is "Please upgrade to the current version of Kunena."

When someone writes "we are Joomla 3", that could mean anything (for example, J! 3.0, J! 3.1, J! 3.2, J! 3.3, J! 3.3.0, J! 3.3.1) and each version of "Joomla 3" is different. If people would like us to reply quicker it would help if they provided us with their configuration report (without someone having to remind them).

People often forget that this forum is here to help everyone - not just the person asking for help. Other people will see the topic name Color picker issue and may think "Yes, I have a problem like that, too". But, when they read this topic, the only help they will get is

... we finally discovered that it was a CSS override problem

I hope that helps someone else.
