Warning copy file failed

It seems to be a rights problem. Go in backend to "System > System Information > Directory Permissions" and check if all dir are writable,

Hello,

Try to clean cache befor to try a new time

If the directory permissions are ok you need to check that the directory are right set for apache to let joomla! write in directories

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, everything is similar without any improvements.

I cleaned the cache then re-install, and check the path and found them true. I don't think that there is issue with the path or permissions, because I installed other extensions and they are OK.

The output is attached in the figure.

It's a Joomla test-installation in the subfolder New? Please download Kunena and try it via the Joomla upload-installer.

Yes, Joomla is installed in New folder.

I did the installation from both either install from URL or install from Upload package file. The same result!

Really strange :(

Any solution please!

Exists the install problem only with Kunena or also with other extensions?

Do-you have a dedicated server or a shared server ? Are-you using components like admin tools ?
