The Kunena developers do not store installation packages in GitHub (just like the Joomla developers do not store the full Joomla installation kits in GitHub, either).

As you know, Kunena has been downloaded nearly 3 million times since development started over 5 years ago. Kunena is used on more than 500,000 websites around the world today. If you want to contribute to the Kunena project it would help more if you have practical experience in using Kunena. To learn how to use Kunena you should install the software. Please see K 3.0 Installation Guide that shows you how to install Kunena.

When you say that you want to use Kunena for "university reasons", would you like to explain what you mean?
