Question Error in the url of automatic message sent to the subscriber

I need support.
I have a problem for a while now and no way to repair it. The problem is the url that users are automatically subscribed sent to a topic. The url is not correct because it sends them to a part of the forum does not correspond with the thread which received the url.

1) The problem seems to happen when people do not use the Joomla SEO feature .

2) There are known problems using sh404SEF with Kunena.

3) There are known problems using some features from Shape5.com with Kunena.

4) This topic may be helpful: New post email notification URL broken .

5) You do not have uddeIM installed. You should disable the Kunena - uddeIM plugin

I disabled uddeIM but still gives the same error. What I can do?

My configuration is this ....
I can not activate the sett friendly url or Use URL rewriting because I do not work anywhere.
As for sh404SEF before installing it also had the same problem with kunena.

3) Enable sef on Kunena configuration
