If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Is it possible to send the tickets made through "Report to moderator" to a database on the website? Such as Visforms( extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extensi...dback/forms/visforms ). Or something similar.

This way multiple moderators can easily monitor incoming tickets. Without using a email service.

With some adjustments you could also show a notification to the moderators. Such as: "3 new reports".

If it ain't possible with some easy modifications, this might be an idea for a plugin or so.

You are right. It's not easy to do this unless you write your own handler to intercept the messages when users press the form submit link and the insert new rows into a specific table that you would then have to query. Custom changes like this are possible but not without spending a lot of time making them.

We have two categories in this forum for "custom work": one where people offer to pay and the other where people do not offer to pay for a solution.

Perhaps you would like the moderators to move this topic into one of those categories? Please tell us if you are offering to pay for this custom work or not. Thanks.

Wouldn't it be an idea to start a crowdfund project for these kind of requests? So it gets implemented into a new version of Kunena, when enough people back the idea?

I've been active as moderator on quite a few gaming and community websites. And this is not a unknown feature for forum moderators. And there are quite a bit more features that i would love to see implemented into Kunena, regarding moderation.

See, i would be willing to pay (not too much) for features like this. But letting someone develop these options just for me, would be silly, as i'm pretty sure that a lot more people would be interested in having them.

I love Kunena. It is a great forum for my websites. But it just need that little bit more to let us compete against other forums. And i'm willing to pay for extra features, but they should be available for the whole Kunena community and fit within my personal preferences.
