Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Hi All!

I like to use Kunena as a support Forum, to track if an Answer to a question satisfies the questioner.

1.)
Is there a plug-in or build in functionality to mark a discussion post as resolved or unresolved or so?

2.)
Are there different Thread types like Discussion, incident, question or so inside Kunena or as plug in?

greets Peter

1) With the standard Kunena package, the moderator and/or topic "owner" (the person who starts the topic) can change the topic icon to a green tick: see K 2.0 Guide to topic icon usage (which also applies to K 3.0)

2) There are no "thread" or topic types as such. You can use different topic icons (as I mentioned in the answer to (1) above) or create different categories of topics.

As far as I know, there are no plugins that are available that will do this but if you look around in the JED you may find something. JED . I hope some of this helps and god luck.

According to the reference posted by 810, this "free" plugin is incompatible with K 3.0.
