Question Multiple Notifications

On this site: twotownsonline.org the Administrator is getting multiple notifications of new topics started on the message board. I'm not even sure where to start troubleshooting. Can you point me in a direction?

We have two SuperUsers but only one gets the multiple(20+) notifications for each post.

Thanks for this reply. It did not solve our problem. Also trying to figure out why only one of the Super Users get the duplicate emails. Any other thoughts?

Yes this was a previous attempt on my part to resolve the issue but the answer did not resolve the issue.
