Its been few days since my registered users are complaining that they are banned from the forum while they try to login.

Did anyone came across this issue?

I checked the User Manager in Kunena Forum, but nothing seems to be misconfigured.

Any help, prompt, will be appreciated.

The last time I came across a topic like this was a few years ago. It happened to a few people after they had migrated from J! 1.5 and after they had upgraded from an old version of Kunena. You might find an answer to your question if you search the forum here. The solution (as In remember) is to modify the data in the _kunena_users table in the database. It's fairly straightforward if you know your way around MySQL database tables.
