Hello,

I'm an admin on a customers CMS with a forum and I seem to be getting all forum posts. How do I turn off receiving all of the forum posts?

go to your profile. On the tabs select subscriptions. Select all boxes and click on the dropdown to unsubscribe

Hello,

Can this be done through the Joomla Admin area or do I have to login to the front end to edit my profile there?

You do this in the frontend (see image). But check also your configuration in the backend. Maybe you have the setting in "Configuration > Security > E-mail Administrators = All New Posts".

Important! Always create a backup before you make any changes to your website!

hello,

Okay, thanks. We have single single-sign-on plugin that does not allow users that are not in the CRM to log in to the front end.

I'll have to figure this out. Maybe I make my front end user an admin to work out our single-sign-on limitations. Then I can address this as you have it below.
