Can you explain please they did register on the forum do they need to register on the site also? Would you take a look for me chiznillen.net

When you users create an account at your site - when the "register" at your site - they automatically are able to use your forum (unless you have otherwise prevented them form using your forum). This question is often asked. It is answered in the topic User registration and/or general login issues .

ok i think i see my issue not sure how to fix it but when i have a new user it does not put them in the group public or registered how would i do that?
