Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your
configuration report
when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Joomla! 3.1.5
Brand new install, never been on this site before.
1)I saw the categories that are setup upon install, logged in and posted, they were working fine.
2)Deleted the categories and created new sections and categories, made them all published.
3) I do not see any categories listed.

As far as the forum itself, I see this:

I am sure this is a permissions issue, I just cannot find where to fix it!

My suggestion is to read the advice in Simple forum setup instructions . I have not seen a screen like this before:
It looks like you have modified the Joomla ACL groups. Would I be correct in assuming that you have changed the standard Joomla ACL groups?
