If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

This problem is caused by a Javascript library that conflicts with Joomla's Mootools or you have disabled Joomla Mootools in your site. This kind of problem has been discussed many times on the forum and there is a lot of background to this matter contained in our Wiki:
  1. Javascript and Kunena ; and
  2. Common causes of Mootools (Javascript library) issues and Kunena

This is a small section from your site listing some of the Javascript that your site uses.
Code:
<script src="/media/jui/js/jquery.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/media/jui/js/jquery-noconflict.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/media/system/js/mootools-core.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/media/system/js/core.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/media/system/js/mootools-more.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/media/kunena/js/mediaboxAdv.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/media/kunena/js/default.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/media/jui/js/bootstrap.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/templates/oblivion/js/modernizr-2.6.2.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/templates/oblivion/js/plugins.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/templates/oblivion/addons/superfish_responsive/superfish_menu.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
It is my guess that one or more of these things (or something else you have installed on your site) is causing your problem; it's probably something to do with the "oblivion" template (or something installed with that template). This is a common problem particularly with badly-designed Joomla extensions that load their own versions of Javascript that do not work with Joomla today.

Have you tried testing on a fresh Joomla installation using the standard, default Joomla template? I think your problems are caused by the "custom" theme you are using (or by something that us installed with your custom theme).

One sure-fire way to confirm that the issue is not, in some way, related to your webhosting provider, is to try the When all else fails, try this approach.
