Merged Unable to create new topics

I have activated the latest version of Kunena to my website, however I cannot post new topics. When clicking the new topics button, I get this strange script coding at the top of the website, then it immediately changes back to my home page, instead of staying on the Forum page. Please advise on how to correct this problem.

Which specific version is that? Can you tell us anything else about your website? Did you read the important advice that is printed at the top of this page? Did you make any changes to this version of Kunena after you installed it? Did you read the K 3.0 Installation Guide and watch the video?

What, exactly, is this "strange script"? Maybe this is an error message explaining why you are unable to create new topics or post anything? It would help to know more about what this "strange script" actually is.

I asked you several questions in my earlier reply to you but you only answered the last of them. This makes it impossible to offer much advice. (By the way, I merged msg #4 above, posted as a new topic in another category, with this one.)

According to the "information" you gave us is that there seems to be some issue with Javascript on your website, wherever your website may be. As you have declined to provide us with your Kunena configuration report, and the opportunity to see this problem at first hand, the only advice that we can give you is that you will have to figure out what is the reason that may, perhaps, stem from a conflict between some other Joomla extension you are running and with Kunena. There is some involvement with Kunena (running a poll), a jQuery menuing system and some DHTML calendar widget.

This may not be very helpful to you, I suppose, but, because you did not give us the answers to the questions I asked you earlier, I don't know anything more about what's happening on your website. Good luck in identifying the source of your problems.
