There is no option in Kunena to approve posts by just clicking a link in an email.

This is a similar to the questions we've been asked before about replying to the forum by using email instead of visiting the website to perform these actions. Although the idea is a good one, the feature is not implemented in K 3.0 (and it will not be implemented in Kunena until after K 3.1) but the idea, as good as it is, requires time to design, develop and construct the feature.

As good as this idea is, there are other matters that are higher priority for the team to attend to. If, however, there are a people who would like to sponsor this idea and see it developed (either as a core or optional add-on) then we welcome such offers of sponsorship.

I'm sorry to disappoint you but you will have to visit your forum, just as your users to, to approve messages that are subject to moderator review.
