Solved Super users and changing avatars

I've read many posts here before create this.. but i've no found a solution
I've a JM 3.2.3 with Kunena 3.0.5 and i don't understand why i cannot add or change avatar for users, also my user ! If i enable gravatar i see that my user take my gravatar, but with gravatar plugin disabled i cannot change a user avatar !

using frontend i can change it !
