G'day, juannicolas, and welcome to Kunena.

See my reply on a similar question about CAPTCHA in Users get CAPTCHA even when turned off .

In your case you have the following configuration setting:

Forum Configuration » Security » Security Settings » Moderate New Users = 5

This means that, for the first 5 posts from new users registered on your site, they will have to respond to the CAPTCHA challenge. After they have posted 5 messages they will not get the CAPTCHA challenge.

Super users - administrators and moderators - are never asked to respond to the CAPTCHA challenge.

K 3.0.2 is out of date. Please update to K 3.0.4 immediately. You should also update Joomla (J! 2.5.14 has problems with CAPTCHA); those problems are fixed in J! 2.4.17.

You should also use the Blue Eagle template that is distributed with K 3.0.4; the Blue Eagle template you are using has problems with K 3.0

I hope this helps.

Thank you sozzled,

I changed the Moderate New Users to 0 and now the Enter Code Here is gone and the regular/registered user is able to post.

So, how could I be able to approve the posts then?

btw, I haven't update to the lates kunena version is because I use tapatalk plugin and if I update kunena without the plugin, 60% of my users via mobile, will not be able to use the forum until they update the plugin to the latest kunena version :(

Good. That means this question has been answered and I am marking this topic resolved.

Your other questions have been asked before and answered in other topics on this forum. If you cannot find the answers, please start a new topic for each question.

According to the Kunena Features page, Tapatalk is supposed to work with K 3.0. If you have questions about using Tapatalk with K 3.0.4 then you should ask the Tapatalk developers. If your users need to update their plugin that's not our problem. If you have problems with K 3.0.4 because of Tapatalk, perhaps you should consider something else instead? The K 3.0.4 Blue Eagle template was designed to be used with responsive (i.e. mobile-ready) templates without the need for 3rd-party extentions. Perhaps that is an idea you might like to consider.

You can, if you like, set your categories to Review Posts = Yes and then you can approve messages posted in those categories. Maybe that is an idea you can use.
