Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

How to change the "Access Denied" message was created by Drakenator
I'd like to change the message that is displayed when a guest tries to access a members only section. The current message is "You do not have permissions to access this page." I'd like to change this.

Any help is appreciated greatly.

The text "You do not have permissions to access this page" is located in the language file. See Where is the language file? in the Wiki for more information.

Can't you just use the language manager in extensions in Joomla! backend, by creating an override?

I had used the language manager for a similar type of notice... www.reformedchristianity.org/forum/30-co...ic-write-access.html

Found it. Being new to this, you just opened up a door to a world of possibilities.

I edited the .ini file but also created an override in case of updates.
