Hi joomlauser,

If you want to show the avatar on Index page, follow below these steps:

1. Login to back-end of your site and go to "Components -> Kunena Forum -> Configuration" menu.

2. Click the "Frontend" tab and scroll down page. Find the "Show Avatar on Categoriy Index and Recent Topics" option. Choose "Yes" and save your config.

3. Back to your front-end and reload your forum.
